Prices, Shipping Costs and Delivery Information

The prices listed on the product pages include Austrian VAT (20%) and other price components. VAT is calculated and finalized during the order process, as it depends on the country of delivery.

We currently only deliver physical goods within the EU to Germany, Italy, and Austria.

In addition to the listed product prices, we charge flat-rate shipping fees for deliveries within Germany and Austria. These shipping costs will be clearly communicated again during the checkout process and on the order confirmation page.

There are no additional taxes or fees.

No shipping costs apply for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

Flat-rate shipping charges (in EUR), depending on the service provider and destination within the EU or worldwide:

Austrian Post:

  • Within Austria (standard parcel): €13.20

  • Within Austria (Express with EMS): €16.80

  • To Germany: €9.99

  • To Italy: €14.00

DHL Express:

  • Within Austria: €14.90

  • To Germany: €39.36

  • To Italy: €39.36

  • Zone 6: €45.00 (excluding VAT)

  • Zone 8: €59.00 (excluding VAT)

  • Zone 9: €85.00 (excluding VAT)

DPD:

Note: Pickup by DPD is only once a week, every Tuesday during working hours from our office in Vienna!

  • Within Austria: €7.20

  • To Germany: €14.40

If you select this shipping method, please contact our support team to arrange a pickup time. The location (Pantzergasse 11/16, 1190 Vienna) is not always staffed during regular office hours due to home office operations.

The flat-rate shipping fee includes VAT, where applicable. Since VAT on shipping fees depends on the purchased products, it may be reduced if items with lower VAT rates are purchased (e.g., books). This means the final shipping charge is calculated during checkout and may be reduced in your favor—but never increased.

Shipping to Spain can be handled via our Spanish online store. Please switch to the Spanish language in the shop to proceed.
